Weddings, Corporate Events & Private Hire

For weddings, corporate and private events, we offer a range of flexible hire options so you are able to choose the most suitable option for your event, guests and budget.
Cash Bar
We bring the caravan, the drinks, the staff and all relevant licencing. Your guests simply choose from our selection of drinks, and pay as they go.*

Pre-Paid Bar
The same as a cash bar, but with a pre-aggreed amount of money behind the bar. Once this runs out you can either top it up or we can then let guests pay as they go. *.

Open Bar
We bring the caravan, staff, drinks and all licences and then charge a pre-agreed price per head for unlimited drinks from a selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, soft drinks, beer and cider.
Dry Hire
For those who wish to stock and provide their own drinks. We deliver the caravan for exclusive use for a fixed period. The caravan can be provided with or without staff.

Public Events

We can also operate at a wide variety of public events including food & drink festivals, equestrian events, and music festivals, We can work on either a profit share basis, or pay a fixed pitch fee.

Profit Share
Event organisers can provide a suitable site for the caravan bar, and we will run a full cash bar service to attendees for the duration of the event. A pre-agreed share of the profits is then returned to the event organisers. This is a popular choice for public events, and can be an additional revenue stream for the event organisers.
 
Pitch Fee
We will also be prepared to pay for a ‘fixed price’ pitch fee to operate our cash bar service at public events.

Caravan Only Hire

If you want to hire just the caravan for your next project, then our beautiful caravan can be hired on its own, for ‘prop’ use. Suitable uses could include product launches, filming, photoshoots, fashion, photo booth and music videos.

Promotional Bar Hire

We also offer the caravan for promotional and marketing activities. External branding available.
*Bar hire is subject to a minimum spend

​Debit & Credit Card Payments
If there is a good mobile signal or Wi-Fi is available then we are also able to offer credit card payments to guests.
